Scrum in the Bootcamp
Scrum is an agile methodology widely used at CI&T to manage software development projects. In this bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to experience Scrum as it is practiced in real CI&T projects.
Scrum Principles at CI&T
At CI&T, Scrum is adapted to meet the specific needs of projects and clients, while remaining true to the fundamental agile values and principles:

- Adaptation: Quick adjustments when necessary to optimize the process and the product.

Scrum Adaptations in the Bootcamp
Absence of a Product Owner:
In the bootcamp, the demand is already 100% refined and distributed, so a Product Owner is not necessary.
Sprint Reviews
With the absence of a Product Owner, there is no need for a Sprint Review.
During the bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to experience these practices and adaptations, preparing you to work on real projects at CI&T.
