The project is planned to last for 4 sprints, each focusing on a specific module and a clear business objective. This structure allows for progressive learning and the incremental construction of the system.

Each sprint will last for 1 week, with the following activities distributed:

  • Day 1: Sprint Planning and Story Openings
  • Days 2-9: Development and Daily Scrums
  • Day 10: Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and preparation for the next sprint

You don't need to worry if they are not always aligned. Here, the main goal is to learn from the process. This simulation is an opportunity for growth, so, more than just delivering the product on time, we want each sprint to help you better understand how everything works.
