Project Management Tools
During the bootcamp, we will use project management tools similar to those used in real CI&T projects. These tools will help organize work, track progress, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
JIRA
JIRA is one of the main agile project management tools used at CI&T. It allows for the efficient management of backlogs, sprints, tasks, and bugs.
Key JIRA Features
- Kanban and Scrum Boards: Visualization of workflow and task progress.
- Backlog: Management and prioritization of user stories and tasks.
- Sprints: Planning and tracking of sprints.
- Reports and Metrics: Burndown charts, velocity charts, and other reports to track team performance.
- Integration with Development Tools: Connection with Git repositories, CI/CD tools, and others.
How We Will Use JIRA
- Backlog Organization: User stories and tasks will be organized and prioritized in the backlog.
- Sprint Planning: During Sprint Planning, tasks will be moved from the backlog to the current sprint.
- Daily Tracking: The Kanban board will be updated daily to reflect task progress.
- Review and Retrospective: At the end of each sprint, we will use JIRA's reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
